Con el presente auto la Sala Séptima de Revisión decidió DESACUMULAR el expediente T-8.615.602 de los radicados T-8.572.775, T-8.598.483, T-8.675.741, dado que no podía ser repartido a esta Sala, por haber sido seleccionado a raíz de una insistencia presentada por la Magistrada sustanciadora, Se dispuso comunicar esta decisión a la Sala de Selección número Seis de dos mil veintidós, para que proceda a repartir nuevamente ese expediente entre las distintas Salas de Revisión que integran la Corte Constitucional.

- PRIMERO. DESACUMULAR el expediente T-8.615.602 de los radicados T-8.572.775, T-8.598.483, T-8.675.741, dado que aquel no podía ser repartido a esta Sala de Revisión, por haber sido seleccionado a raíz de una insistencia presentada por la Magistrada sustanciadora.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta decisión a la Sala de Selección número Seis de dos mil veintidós (2022), para que proceda a repartir nuevamente ese expediente entre las distintas Salas de Revisión que integran la Corte Constitucional.
